Workout Challenges

I found these on Pinterest,, and the Bum Challenge doesn't look very hard. I've always liked squats, but I HATE pushups, I just don't know how to do them. I'll try, though. Anyone else want to join me?

I'm hooked on to the Pretty Little Liars (Anyone else watch that show? Aren't the clothes just so amazing!?)

I would do ti but I don't watch on TV. I started a while ago and I've just started Season 3. Though when you're watching PLL, look away for a second and you've missed  another plot twist. I have no idea why I'm watching show, it's far away from common sense but it's just so addicting!

A little about me...

Hello, my name is Menahil. I am fifteen, a Pakistani; I live in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) in this really nice apartment and unfortunately, share my room with my two bratty sisters. My past times include doing nothing, watching TV, reading, listening to songs, and using pinterest. 

I was a pretty normal weighing child till I was six. After that I just piled on the pounds, and sadly still am. CORRECTION: WAS, until today. Today, the twentieth of August 2013, I have decided that things need to change. I spend so much time battling body image and I don't think I should accept my body the way it is because it's not healthy, and neither is my complex relationship with food. Therefore, I am embarking on this long, hard (and sweaty!)
 'journey'' to happy, healthy and fit.  

One last thing, and this I type very reluctantly:

My height: 5 feet and 2.5 inches
My weight: 59.5 kg, 131 pounds
BMI: 26
Goal weight: 110-112 pounds
